Legal representation

The ZZQ (Agency for Quality in Dentistry) is a unit of the Institute of German Dentists (IDZ) under the auspices of the Bundeszahnärztekammer - Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Deutschen Zahnärztekammern e. V. [German Dental Association] (BZÄK) and the Kassenzahnärztliche Bundesvereinigung K. d. ö. R. [National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists] (KZBV). The ZZQ is represented for non-judicial purposes by the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Joint Executive Committee. The positions of Alternating Chair and Deputy Chair of the Joint Executive Committee are filled in alternate years by the President of the German Dental Association (BZÄK) and the Chair of the Executive of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists (KZBV).
